Refund and Return Policy

After placing an order

1-12 hours can be refund 
13-24 hours half refund
No refund for more than 24 hours

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at tkshairsale@gmail.com.

Return Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product, no return after 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. 

The cost of return needs to be borne by the customer; used products are non-refundable, and the returned products must include all the gifts given, and the packaging is in good condition, which does not affect secondary sales.

If there is a quality problem, a refund will be given. If there is a partial problem with the product, we can provide a partial refund, and the customer can fix the product locally.

 Return the value of 5-10 US dollars (in order to enable us to receive refunds quickly) Please use DHL or FedEx.

   *Stock hair systems:

  1. If you find there is a problem with your order or are unhappy with your hair system in any way when you receive it please contact us immediately. Do not cut, style, color, wash the hair or wear the hair system. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any issue with you and will be able to replace your hair system with another one if required. TKS HAIR is responsible for return costs incurred due to any quality-related issues.

 

   *Custom hair systems:

   - If it is faulty, we will repair it. If it is irreparable we will make a replacement system.

   - You must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate fault.

   - Can only be returned if unworn and unaltered by you.

   - Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

   - Refunds can be claimed if unworn and unaltered by you.

   -  If there is a partial problem with the product, we can provide a partial refund, and the customer can fix the product locally.

   - If you order a wrong custom-made hair system by mistake, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund. If you would like us to adjust it, extra costs will be charged accordingly.

   - You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us.

 

 

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
